Choose from six distinct UFO shapes — each with unique weight, aerodynamic drag, and speed characteristics — and pair them with propulsion systems ranging from proven turbofan and rocket engines to a mysterious advanced UFO powerplant. The calculator computes maximum speed using thrust-to-weight ratio and aerodynamic efficiency, then estimates travel times to destinations across the solar system, nearby star systems, and deep-space objects including the Andromeda Galaxy.
The g-force estimation is calculated from the thrust-to-weight ratio, giving you a sense of the acceleration forces your design would produce. A conventional jet flight from London to New York takes about 7 hours, while a well-designed UFO with rocket propulsion could cover the same distance in minutes — and reach Proxima Centauri, the nearest star system at 4.25 light-years, in a fraction of the time required by current spacecraft.

What UFO shapes are available?
